ALBA CORP is looking for a Data Manager to oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of critical business data. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong data management, analytics, and reporting skills. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling large datasets, using data visualization tools, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize company data, ensuring accuracy and security.

• Develop and implement efficient data management processes, including cleaning and validation.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for business decision-making.

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver insights.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity in line with company policies.

• Train internal teams on data access and interpretation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Manager, Data Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 (based on experience and qualifications).

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time, on-site position in Dubai (No remote/hybrid work options).
