Al Douri Group is seeking a Data Entry – Warehouse professional to manage accurate data recording, inventory transfers, and quality control processes within the warehouse. This role involves handling purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination between different warehouse units. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control checks for returned items and goods receipt vouchers (GRV)

• Transfer items between warehouses (packaging, production, and other units)

• Manage ordering for the establishment and warehouse operations

• Handle data entry for Mart receiving from DIP warehouse (specific to DIP W/H)

• Process purchase orders and post them into the system

• Create and issue invoices for sales orders

• Check and send delivery notes for meat items

• Process Agility warehouse transfer orders or delivery notes

• Prepare and send daily reports for DIP and establishment warehouses

• Maintain proper documentation and organized filing systems

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English or Arabic for formal trade communication

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
