Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and analyzing data, maintaining databases, and generating reports to support business decisions. This role requires high attention to detail, typing accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately collect, enter, and manage data in internal systems and various online platforms.

• Review source data and process documents efficiently and without errors.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all entered data.

• Generate reports based on findings and provide insights to assist in decision-making.

• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.

• Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM and 95%+ accuracy (typing test will be conducted).

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
