Metropolitan Premium Properties, a leading real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring data integrity across systems to help teams make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update Excel reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Verify and validate data for accuracy and consistency.

• Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain accurate databases.

• Assist management with data-related tasks and reporting requests.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate operational and reporting data.

• Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Suggest improvements for data entry workflows, templates, and documentation.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).

• Familiarity with other MS Office applications; experience with database or CRM systems is a plus.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple reporting cycles.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently or within a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or reporting.
