Job Title: Data Entry Operator 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator  to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination, specifically in high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Site Supervision & Execution

• Ensure site work aligns with latest approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate General Foremen and Site Engineers to allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Implement approved method statements to resolve site-related technical issues.

🔹 Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Complete QA documentation and coordinate daily site inspections with the Project QA Manager/Engineer.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports to the Construction Manager.
• Maintain a detailed site diary to document daily activities and report potential delays.
• Ensure all team members and subcontractors are working with latest approved shop drawings and submittals.

🔹 Safety & Coordination

• Oversee material storage and proper handling in designated areas.
• Coordinate with the site safety officer to enforce safety regulations.
• Actively participate in the handover process upon project completion.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
✅ Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably with a main contractor in high-rise building projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and site coordination.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site challenges.
✅ Familiarity with safety regulations and project documentation.
