Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel is seeking a Data Entry Operator (UAEN) to join the Front Office team. The role involves updating and transmitting guest passport information to the Police Department, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the smooth operation of guest services. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update guest and event details on the Police computer system in compliance with CID standards.

• Verify accurate passport scanning by Front Desk colleagues and report any discrepancies.

• Ensure timely input of data to minimize backlogs at the Front Desk.

• Reconcile guest counts between Opera PMS and the police system, resolving inconsistencies promptly.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation.

• Deliver courteous, efficient service in handling guest requests and complaints.

• Assist Front Desk operations when required.

• Provide hotel familiarization and information to guests.

• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.

• Attend daily briefings and departmental meetings, contributing to process improvements.

Requirements:

• UAE National (UAEN).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in data entry with accuracy and speed.

• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Police system (preferred).

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
