Grand Millennium Al Wahda is looking for a Data Entry Operator to join its Front Office team. The primary responsibility is to send passport information of arriving guests to the Police Department via email, ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in handling guest data.
Key Responsibilities:

Update details of all in-house guests and events in the hotel on the Police system.

Ensure accurate passport scanning by Front Desk colleagues and report any errors to management.

Enter guest details into the Police (CID) system accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Verify and reconcile guest counts between the police system and Opera PMS, resolving discrepancies.

Maintain organized filing of documents for easy reference and compliance.

Assist in handling guest requests and complaints professionally.

Support the Front Desk team as needed to ensure smooth guest operations.

Participate in departmental meetings and briefings to improve operations and guest service.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance to uphold the hotel’s service standards.

Follow the company’s environmental, health, and safety policies.
Requirements:

Previous experience in data entry or front office operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
-
Good communication and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
-
Familiarity with Opera PMS and Police (CID) systems is an advantage.
