Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Description
We are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join us remotely. This role involves accurately managing large volumes of data, ensuring smooth inventory operations, and supporting business processes with efficiency and precision. While the job offers remote flexibility, candidates must be available for training at our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update inventory records to ensure proper stock management.
Utilize Excel-based inventory systems and other software for data processing.
Assist in inventory control and warehouse management by tracking stock levels and discrepancies.
Analyze data trends and provide reports to support business operations.
Ensure compliance with data management standards and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Typing Speed & Accuracy – Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
✅ Inventory Management Knowledge – Basic understanding of stock control and warehouse processes (preferred).
✅ Software Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and inventory software.
✅ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify discrepancies and support efficient inventory tracking.
✅ Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
✅ Office Equipment Familiarity – Experience with standard office tools and equipment.

Preferred Candidate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in data entry, inventory control, or warehouse management.
Location: Must be available for training in Dubai.
Education: High school diploma or higher.
Work Environment: Remote work flexibility with occasional office training.
