Al Qaswa Human Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their Dubai team. The role involves accurate entry, maintenance, and verification of data across various systems, ensuring integrity and timeliness. This position is suitable for candidates with strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or redundancies; correct and verify entries.

Maintain records, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity.

Assist in preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

Support administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Meet deadlines and productivity targets.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database systems.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications:

Monthly salary: AED 8,000 – AED 8,500 (based on experience).
