We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Sales Reporting Specialist to manage data accuracy, generate sales reports, and ensure seamless database management. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Sales Reporting & Data Analysis
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in data entry and record-keeping.
💻 Data Entry & Database Management
- Enter and maintain sales and business information in computer databases.
- Convert physical records into digital format for easy access and analysis.
- Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
🖥 Technical & System Operations
- Work on ERP systems for efficient data processing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of Windows OS to manage system tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
✅ Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in Commerce.
✅ Availability: Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.
✅ Nationality: Indian candidates preferred.
