✅ Logistics Support – Create packing lists & labels and track shipments.
✅ Documentation – Keep organized records of transactions and shipping documents.
✅ Problem Solving – Assist in resolving data discrepancies or logistic issues.
✅ Team Collaboration – Support the Logistics team when required.
Requirements
🌏 Language: Native Chinese speaker with conversational English.
📊 Experience: Administrative or data-entry background preferred.
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
📦 ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems & invoicing is a plus.
🔍 Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and accuracy skills.
