Time Training Center is looking for an experienced Data Center Management Trainer to deliver specialized training programs in Abu Dhabi. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting hands-on training sessions in areas like CCU & UPS Installation, EcoStruxure IT On-Site System Training, Cable Management, and HSE – Scaffold Safety Certification. This position requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical training sessions tailored to the audience’s skill level.

• Prepare and maintain course materials, manuals, and assessment tools.

• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate knowledge transfer.

• Ensure training content aligns with industry standards and manufacturer-specific requirements.

• Provide practical demonstrations and simulate real-world scenarios.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in tools, technologies, and safety protocols.

• Submit training reports and feedback summaries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering technical training, specifically in data center management or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of CCU & UPS Installation and Configuration, EcoStruxure IT, Cable Management, and HSE Safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences and technical levels.
