About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and inquisitive Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, strong technical skills, and a curious mindset geared toward continuous learning and improvement. You will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions by delivering actionable insights from complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and trends that drive business performance.

• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build tailored analytical solutions.

• Perform data extraction and transformation using SQL and other scripting languages (e.g., Python).

• Clean, validate, and prepare raw data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, anomalies, and improvement areas.

• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.

• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data pipelines and analytics frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
