Dicetek LLC is seeking a Data Analyst (Arabic Speaker) to support the strategic Talent 2033 program. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with senior leadership to guide long-term organizational strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes.

• Assess effectiveness of existing programs and recommend actionable improvements.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.

• Support development of long-term strategic plans, goal-setting, and performance metrics.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership.

• Assist with strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or STEM fields.

• Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar environments.

• Proven track record of strategic analysis and actionable insights in complex settings.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Ability to present complex ideas clearly, including through visual aids and storytelling.

• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent working capability.

• Understanding of public sector operations, policy development, and regulatory frameworks.
