We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will collect, process, and analyze data to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. You’ll collaborate across departments to develop insights, dashboards, and reports that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and clean large datasets (structured and unstructured) from various sources.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and align with business goals.

• Monitor KPIs and track business performance metrics.

• Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.

• Assist in designing data models, database queries, and ETL processes.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with data governance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Programming skills in Python or R are a plus.

• Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

• Understanding of business operations and KPIs in industries like finance, e-commerce, or healthcare.

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques is an advantage.
