A growing organization is hiring Junior Data Analysts to support data entry, analysis, and reporting functions across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in data management and analytics in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage data in internal databases and systems from both digital and physical sources.

• Verify and clean data by cross-checking entries against source documents.

• Perform basic data formatting and organization using Microsoft Excel.

• Assist in compiling datasets and reports for business analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and developers, to support data-driven initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain clear documentation of work processes and updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0–1 year of work experience in a data entry or analyst role (freshers welcome).

• Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.

• Basic Excel knowledge required (tables, filters, formatting, simple formulas).

• Strong analytical mindset with eagerness to learn.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
