SalesTechmarket.com is hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Engineer (Level 1 or Level 2) for a hybrid role based in Dubai. This is a one-year full-time contract (extendable) offering a competitive monthly salary of AED 59,175. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales and technical support, with experience in networking, identity management, and data protection. This position involves both technical pre-sales and post-sales support and may require occasional travel for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Client Success:

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot client issues.

• Resolve technical inquiries and manage detailed ticket documentation.

• Maintain and enhance client satisfaction, helping clients achieve defined success criteria.

Pre-Sales Support & Product Demos:

• Conduct deep technical discovery and understand customer needs.

• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, R&D) to meet client specifications.

Project Management:

• Lead customer deployment projects ensuring successful implementation and configuration.

• Act as a key technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Training & Product Knowledge:

• Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and train customers and team members.

• Provide continuous feedback to R&D and product teams based on customer experiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years (L1) / 6+ years (L2) as a Sales Engineer, preferably in cybersecurity.

• Proven record of selling complex enterprise cybersecurity solutions.

• Expertise in one or more areas: network security, endpoint protection, identity management, DLP.

• Familiarity with software development and web technologies.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and creativity skills.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and data-driven reporting.

• Willingness to travel extensively and manage time efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a numeracy base).
