Schneider Electric is hiring a Cybersecurity Lead Engineer in Dubai for a hybrid, full-time role. The selected candidate will lead the delivery and execution of technical cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS). The role involves implementing secure networks, evaluating technologies, managing site installations, and ensuring full security compliance. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in OT security, firewalls, intrusion detection, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement Schneider Electric’s cybersecurity solutions on customer sites.

• Configure host/network security tools, network performance monitoring systems, and backup technologies.

• Lead connectivity and acceptance testing from a cybersecurity perspective.

• Develop technical documentation, training programs, and deliver end-user training.

• Conduct technical research to align security solutions with evolving needs.

• Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and Schneider Electric delivery teams.

• Evaluate new technologies for inclusion in company security portfolios.

• Maintain alignment with global cybersecurity leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT/ICS systems.

• 8+ years’ experience in installing and managing network firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).

• Strong background in network troubleshooting, intrusion detection, system administration (Windows AD).

• Proficiency in host-based security tools (antivirus, DLP, host IPS).

• Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN, high availability networks.

• Experience writing and implementing security policies and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNA Security

• CISSP

• CISM

• CISA

• ISA99/IC32–34 (OT Security)
