uma Al Majid Holding Group is looking for a Customer Support & Services Junior Officer to handle customer interactions via calls, emails, live chats, and social media. The role involves providing customer service, conducting satisfaction surveys, generating sales leads, and managing customer complaints.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
✅ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for Sales and After-Sales Services.
✅ Register customer details and complaints to ensure quick resolution.
✅ Schedule and forward customer service requests to relevant departments.
✅ Maintain customer service records using Genesys Contact Center System and Oracle Application.
✅ Provide product and service information to customers effectively.
✅ Utilize sales and negotiation skills to generate leads and improve customer experience.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
✔️ Diploma or equivalent qualification.
✔️ Fluent English speaker & writer (dual language is a plus).
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & technical systems.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries professionally.
✔️ Willing to work rotational shifts & holidays.
