Juma Al Majid Holding Group is looking for a Customer Support & Services Junior Officer to manage customer interactions through calls, emails, live chats, and social media. The role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outbound surveys and service follow-ups.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, live chats, and social media.
✅ Conduct surveys and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Register customer complaints and service requests in the system for resolution.
✅ Schedule and forward appointments to the service department.
✅ Utilize Genesys Contact Center System for call handling, customer profiling, and data entry.
✅ Use Oracle Application to track service requests and history.
✅ Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving support.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education: Diploma or equivalent preferred.
📞 Experience: 6 months – 1 year in customer service (preferred).
🌍 Language: Fluent in English (writing & speaking), dual language preferred.
💻 Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office & internet applications.
💡 Strong negotiation, communication, and listening skills.
🕒 Flexible to work rotating shifts (including holidays & night shifts).
