The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, adept at using support tools like Zendesk, and skilled in managing social media interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer queries via support channels and social media.

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

• Monitor and address customer feedback on social media platforms.

• Share customer insights to help improve service offerings.

• Manage multi-channel communications to ensure seamless customer support.

• Gain strong product knowledge to deliver personalized support and recommendations.

• Collaborate with customer-success and product teams on service enhancement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related field (or relevant diploma).

• 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with proven customer satisfaction results.

• Prior experience in the streaming/digital media industry preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk), CRM tools (Braze is a plus), and remote support systems.

• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with social media management and trends.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing.
