Customer Success Manager EMEA

Creatio, a global leader recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (EMEA) to manage and nurture client relationships across the EMEA region. This full-time, remote-based role is ideal for professionals with a background in customer success, software implementation, and relationship management. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving software adoption, and improving client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients through regular meetings with customers and their assigned integrator partners.

  • Gather feedback on Creatio’s platform and implementation satisfaction.

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Enhance customer retention and renewals through strong engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Product, Sales, and Support) to ensure smooth project delivery and client success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with clients, particularly in launching or implementing software solutions.

  • Experience in implementing or customizing corporate software systems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling customer objections.

  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into software requirements.

  • Project management experience handling full-cycle enterprise software projects.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum level B1+).
