KodeKloud, a fast-growing EdTech SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive (B2B) to enhance client engagement, retention, and overall account success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B SaaS/EdTech customer success (2+ years) and a passion for DevOps and Cloud Computing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer success process for assigned accounts, ensuring engagement, retention, and expansion.

  • Conduct seamless onboarding for new customers to maximize product utilization.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, proactively resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge for clients.

  • Ensure high renewal rates by monitoring subscriptions via Stripe and HubSpot.

  • Analyze customer data using HubSpot, Metorik, and Mixpanel to track engagement and trends.

  • Act as a customer advocate, leveraging testimonials and case studies to drive brand loyalty.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success (B2B) in EdTech or SaaS.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data analytics platforms.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Passion for technology, DevOps, and cloud computing.
