KodeKloud, a fast-growing EdTech SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive (B2B) to enhance client engagement, retention, and overall account success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B SaaS/EdTech customer success (2+ years) and a passion for DevOps and Cloud Computing.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the customer success process for assigned accounts, ensuring engagement, retention, and expansion.

Conduct seamless onboarding for new customers to maximize product utilization.

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, proactively resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.

Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge for clients.

Ensure high renewal rates by monitoring subscriptions via Stripe and HubSpot.

Analyze customer data using HubSpot, Metorik, and Mixpanel to track engagement and trends.

Act as a customer advocate, leveraging testimonials and case studies to drive brand loyalty.
Job Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in Customer Success (B2B) in EdTech or SaaS.

Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data analytics platforms.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
