Customer Success & Acquisition Manager (B2B Marketplace)
SPL (Service Parts Logistics) Dubai , UAE

SPL (Service Parts Logistics), a growing B2B marketplace for spare parts and logistics services across the GCC, is looking for a Customer Success & Acquisition Manager. This role involves attracting new users (suppliers and buyers), onboarding them onto the platform, and providing top-notch customer support to ensure smooth operations and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Identify and engage potential suppliers and buyers through targeted outreach and networking.

  • Present the platform’s value proposition, conduct demos, and handle onboarding queries.

  • Guide users through registration and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize acquisition campaigns.

Customer Success & Support:

  • Act as the main contact point for registered users, ensuring timely and professional support.

  • Assist with order placement and coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.

  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively while monitoring user activity.

  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams as needed.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with the product team to provide user feedback and suggest improvements.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers for seamless transactions.

  • Maintain records of leads, interactions, and support cases in CRM systems.

  • Provide regular acquisition, onboarding, and support performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success (marketplace/e-commerce preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Experience with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

  • Ability to handle both proactive acquisition and reactive support tasks.

  • Knowledge of the GCC market and heavy machinery industry is an advantage.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
