• Mastercard is offering a Summer 2025 internship for a Customer Solutions Center & Product Delivery Intern in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for penultimate-year students to gain real-world experience at a global leader in digital payments. Interns will work on product development, business case creation, and customer-centric solutions while building skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a business unit to learn and develop new skills.

• Understand how Mastercard develops business cases for new product opportunities.

• Assist in the creation and execution of scalable, customer-centric products.

• Gain hands-on experience in project development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• Available for full-time work from late May to August 2025.

• Penultimate-year Master’s/Undergraduate student, graduating no earlier than 2026.

• Strong communication and PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

• Innovative thinking and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• UAE national preferred.
