Job Title: Customer Service 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Executive to manage customer interactions, ensure high service levels, and develop long-term business relationships. This role involves handling customer orders, addressing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring top-tier service and addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person if needed.

  • Order Processing: Receive, verify, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams to track order progress and communicate updates to customers.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any customer issues, escalating concerns to the Customer Support Manager when necessary.

  • Artworks & Label Management: Create and update label IDs for new artwork and maintain artwork request schedules with the Repro Department.

  • Sales & Payment Tracking: Monitor sales projections, update daily sales figures, and follow up on pending payments with the Sales and Accounts teams.

  • Data & File Management: Maintain accurate customer files and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

  • Other Duties: Support various functions within the company as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Printing, or Packaging).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the printing and packaging industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication: Strong skills in written, verbal, email, and phone communication in English.
Independence & Responsibility: Capable of working autonomously and handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Cultural Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse clients from various cultural backgrounds.
Motivation & Attitude: Positive, determined, and highly competent approach to work.
