Overview
Our client, a globally recognized Dubai government organization known for its projects in research and innovation, is seeking professional Customer Service Staff to join their team on a 6-month contract. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors at the front desk and ensure the reception area is approachable and professional.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person communication.

Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude at all times.

Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Open to Arabic nationals, 35 years old and below.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, customer-oriented mindset.
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: Up to AED 9,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications)
