AMS International UAE is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is exclusively for Emirati nationals and involves handling inbound calls and emails, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule customer orders as per their requests.
• Address escalations and complaints, providing effective solutions.
• Enhance customer loyalty by ensuring a positive experience over the phone.

Emails:

• Handle customer emails and respond within a 24-hour SLA.
• Escalate customer complaints as required.
• Provide personalized service to meet customer needs.

Job Details:

• Working Days: 5 days per week (6 hours per day + additional break).
• Salary: AED 5,000 (NAFIS can be claimed above this).
• Location: Al Rawdah – Al Ma’arid, Abu Dhabi.
• Nationality Requirement: Only for Emirati nationals.
