Wio Bank, a next-generation digital bank in the UAE, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (UAE National) to be the first point of contact for customers. This hybrid role provides the flexibility to work remotely from Fujairah after completing a one-month training in Dubai. The representative will support customers across their daily banking needs, delivering fast, friendly, and professional service while promoting the Wio customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and mobile app with clarity, empathy, and speed.

Assist customers in navigating the digital banking platform, including account setup and service management.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.

Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the support experience.

Educate customers on new features and guide them through app-based journeys.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Contribute ideas to improve tools, systems, and service processes.
Skills & Qualifications:

UAE National with a High School Degree or Diploma.

1–3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
