Customer Service Representative – Middle East (Crushing & Screening) | Sandvik – Dubai
Sandvik Dubai , UAE

Sandvik is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Crushing & Screening business across the Middle East. The role involves processing customer sales orders, handling quotation requests, providing logistic support, and assisting with documentation. The selected candidate will also collaborate closely with the Sales and Service team, ensuring smooth customer and distributor interactions while supporting commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service for inquiries, billing, complaints, and product support.

  • Manage customer telephone/email queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and account updates using the Aurora system.

  • Conduct screening activities for new customers and suppliers in line with company guidelines.

  • Track and coordinate sales leads, providing regular updates to the Sales & Service team.

  • Act as a communication link between dealers and global stakeholders.

  • Monitor and process customer/supplier orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch and invoicing.

  • Liaise with departments such as Production, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse to resolve issues.

  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.

  • Request quotations from external suppliers and manage the full purchasing process.

  • Maintain archives of contracts, specifications, commercial offers, and other related documents.

  • Support sales team by developing knowledge of Sandvik’s products, services, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Based in Dubai, UAE.

  • Service-minded with strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and in a team.

  • Experience in multicultural communication.

  • Language skills: English (mandatory), Hindi or Arabic (advantage).

  • Knowledge of SAP, Aurora, and Salesforce is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
