Customer Service Representative – ADNOC Group

Join ADNOC Group as a Customer Service Representative and be the key liaison between the company and its customers. You will ensure efficient order fulfillment, manage customer queries, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries including product information, sample requests, and order status.

  • Process and manage orders, shipping documents, returns, and credit notes.

  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and service processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Vietnamese is a plus.

  • Familiarity with export documentation, freight forwarding, and logistics.

  • Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
