Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries including product information, sample requests, and order status.

Process and manage orders, shipping documents, returns, and credit notes.

Resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed.

Maintain strong relationships with key customers and coordinate with internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills in English; Vietnamese is a plus.

Familiarity with export documentation, freight forwarding, and logistics.

Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
