TASC Outsourcing is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract at Global Village, Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with hospitality, guest service, or photography experience who are ready to engage with diverse visitors, support daily operations, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement & Services:

• Welcome and assist visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds with warmth and professionalism.

• Provide information on attractions, activities, and experiences at Global Village.

• Support daily operations and coordinate with event and service teams to ensure smooth guest flow.

Photography & Content Creation:

• Capture high-quality photographs of guests during events, attractions, and interactive activities.

• Edit and enhance photos for guest purchases, promotional campaigns, and digital displays.

• Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness.

• Organize and archive digital images for marketing and guest service purposes.

Sales & Promotions:

• Promote photography packages and digital/photo souvenirs to guests.

• Assist in showcasing AI-driven photography and imaging innovations to visitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Photography, Media, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven photography skills (portfolio required).

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience, ideally in events, theme parks, or entertainment venues.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
