The company is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join its Lifestyle Operations team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for customer-focused individuals with a passion for beauty products and skincare, who can drive sales while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all customers with professionalism, providing excellent customer service in line with brand standards.

• Understand and identify customer needs through open-ended questions and product knowledge.

• Recommend suitable products and suggest add-on sales to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, promotions, and in-store offerings to educate and guide customers.

• Handle cash register operations, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and completing opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure stock availability, maintain accurate records, and support timely replenishment.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Contribute to the company’s Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Certificate (minimum requirement).

• 1–2 years of industry experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.

• Strong customer service and selling skills.

• Knowledge and expertise in beauty products and skincare.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
