Sharaf DG is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, promote Etisalat business plans, and deliver excellent customer support. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, upselling products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Etisalat business and institutional plans by explaining features, benefits, and pricing.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

• Ensure a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions within given timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open communication.

• Recognize and report recurring issues or customer trends to supervisors.

• Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information.

• Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Front Desk roles.

• Professional customer service certification is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving, listening, and multitasking abilities.

• Team player with computer proficiency.

• 1–3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales preferred.

• Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, Business On) is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel frequently.
