Sharaf DG is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Dubai. The role requires promoting and selling Etisalat plans to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers while ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Etisalat plans, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.

• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

• Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

• Build trust and sustainable relationships with customers through effective communication.

• Recognize and document customer call trends and alert team leaders.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.

• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, call center, or front desk roles.

• Graduate degree preferred; certification in customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Computer proficiency.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.

• Proven track record in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).

• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel frequently.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
