Nejoum Al Jazeera specializes in car transportation services from American auctions, including towing, shipping, clearance, and tracking. The Customer Service Representative will manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, track shipments, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and communication platforms (WhatsApp/CRM).

Provide accurate information on pricing, shipping timelines, and customs clearance.

Record customer and vehicle data accurately in ERP/CRM systems.

Issue invoices, quotations, and track shipment status.

Coordinate with operations for customs clearance and port collection.

Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery and handle claims or complaints.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, orders, and customer feedback.

Conduct follow-ups with key clients and assist in marketing campaigns.

Support training of new employees and represent the company at exhibitions/events.
Candidate Requirements:

Strong customer service, support, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Experience in transportation or shipping is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
