Customer Service Executive

looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to carry out all admin duties as required by company’s managing director.
· Ensuring continuous review and analysis of processes and procedures to identify and implement operational improvements.
· Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
· Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
· Recommending objectives, developing short and long term plans and programs to support company goals and budgets
JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience of 3 years in a customer service position or front office supervisory position or reservation. Should be having a bachelor’s degree in any academic field. Good communication and listening skills.
