Burjline Builders is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support a fast-growing online gaming company. This remote role is ideal for candidates in India fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. You will handle player queries, provide account and gameplay assistance, and maintain accurate records while ensuring high-quality, empathetic service. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat and phone (inbound & outbound).

Assist players with account management, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay issues.

Follow SOPs and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Use Excel for data tracking and basic reporting.

Provide timely, professional, and empathetic customer service.
Required Qualifications:

Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Basic Excel skills (formulas and data entry).

Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Own laptop or desktop.

Strong time management and self-discipline.
Preferred Skills:

Prior customer support experience (online gaming experience is a plus).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a structured remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + incentives.
