Customer Service Executive (Remote)

Burjline Builders is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Remote) to support its fast-growing online gaming operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fully remote setup. Freshers are welcome to apply, and India-based candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat and phone (both inbound and outbound).

  • Assist players with account, deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay-related issues.

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational protocols.

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.

  • Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.

  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer support across multiple touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Prior customer support experience (gaming industry experience is an added advantage).

  • Proficiency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

  • Comfortable using Excel for basic formulas and data entry.

  • Strong time management, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night, including weekends).

  • Must own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Details:

  • Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Shifts: 12-hour rotational (day & night)
