Burjline Builders is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Remote) to support its fast-growing online gaming operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fully remote setup. Freshers are welcome to apply, and India-based candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat and phone (both inbound and outbound).

Assist players with account, deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay-related issues.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational protocols.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.

Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer support across multiple touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Prior customer support experience (gaming industry experience is an added advantage).

Proficiency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Comfortable using Excel for basic formulas and data entry.

Strong time management, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night, including weekends).

Must own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
