Burjline Builders is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join their fast-growing online gaming division. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in India, offering the opportunity to provide top-tier customer support in a dynamic, structured environment. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat and phone (both inbound and outbound)

Assist players with account management, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay-related issues

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company protocols

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Utilize Excel for data tracking and basic reporting

Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer service
Skills & Requirements:

Fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi
-
Previous customer support experience preferred; gaming experience is a plus

Basic proficiency in Excel (formulas and data entry)

Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Strong self-discipline, time management, and reliability

Must have own laptop or desktop

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month plus incentives
