Burjline Builders is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join their fast-growing online gaming division. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in India, offering the opportunity to provide top-tier customer support in a dynamic, structured environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat and phone (both inbound and outbound)

• Assist players with account management, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay-related issues

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company protocols

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

• Utilize Excel for data tracking and basic reporting

• Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer service

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi

• Previous customer support experience preferred; gaming experience is a plus

• Basic proficiency in Excel (formulas and data entry)

• Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

• Strong self-discipline, time management, and reliability

• Must have own laptop or desktop

• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month plus incentives
