Customer Service Executive (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat and phone (inbound & outbound).

  • Assist players with account-related, deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay concerns.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company protocols.

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems promptly.

  • Use Excel for basic data tracking and reporting.

  • Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer service to players.

Skills Required:

  • Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.

  • Prior experience in customer support (experience in gaming is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas and data entry).

  • Strong time management, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

  • Must have own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.

  • Freshers are welcome; immediate joiners preferred.
