Overview:
Tool Time LLC, a leading provider of complete facilities management solutions, is hiring a Customer Service Executive to join its service delivery team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling service requests, coordinating technical teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships in a fast-paced maintenance or FM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and service requests from clients regarding issues such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs.

• Log jobs in the company’s job management system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

• Schedule and coordinate technician visits and maintenance appointments with clients.

• Follow up post-service to confirm customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Track and update job status to ensure prompt closures.

• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure service excellence.

• Prepare quotations or estimates as needed, in coordination with operations.

• Maintain customer records and document all service activities.

• Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in facilities management, maintenance, or property services.

• Strong knowledge of trade services and basic maintenance terminology.

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with job management or helpdesk software preferred.

• Able to multitask under pressure while remaining calm and solution-oriented.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 5,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
