Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage client communications, coordinate with insurance companies and the sales team, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and maintain an organized database of customer documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and the sales team.
- Update and monitor customer profiles in the company database.
- Maintain proper filing and updating of customer documents and requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide accurate, timely responses to clients and insurance companies.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational, technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Flexible, competitive, and a team player.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate daily activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage (insurance experience not required).
