Hermès is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator exclusively for UAE Nationals holding a valid family book, in line with the UAE Government’s Emiratisation strategy. This role involves managing client communications for Hermès stores across UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Doha, ensuring exceptional service quality and timely resolution of inquiries. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage call centre operations for Hermès stores across UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Doha.

• Handle client queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp regarding product details, availability, orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and more.

• Provide accurate information and redirect inquiries to relevant teams (store, management, after-sales) when necessary.

• Ensure all requests are closed within the targeted time frame while maintaining high service quality.

• Follow up on product returns, process exchanges or refunds post quality control.
