Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships while contributing to an excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

Assist clients with product or service-related questions, complaints, and requests.

Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Work with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.

Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and available services.

Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and report insights to management.

Support account management and follow-up activities as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or related roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
