Job Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales team with documentation and data management. The ideal candidate should have strong ERP experience (Salesforce, Epicor, or similar) and Excel skills (Pivot tables).

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
✅ Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and data entry.
✅ Maintain and update ERP systems (Salesforce, Epicor, or similar platforms).
✅ Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel, including Pivot tables.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and order fulfillment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ 3-5 years of experience in customer service & sales support roles.
✔ Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, data analysis).
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce, Epicor, or similar.
✔ Currently based in Dubai with excellent English communication skills.
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
