Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with product or service-related questions and issues

Resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Update customer records in CRM systems accurately

Maintain a high level of service quality and professionalism at all times

Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus)

Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and patience

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service
