Concentrix is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (English & Arabic) to deliver exceptional customer support via inbound calls. The role requires maintaining high service standards, handling customer inquiries efficiently, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects, ensuring a high-quality experience.
✅ Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
✅ Identify and maximize selling/cross-selling opportunities.
✅ Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by offering appropriate solutions.
✅ Stay updated with company products, services, and procedures.
✅ Assist with outbound calling programs and special projects as needed.
✅ Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
📌 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center/customer service role, preferably in real estate.
📌 Language: Bilingual in English (B2 level+) and Arabic is mandatory.
📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
📌 Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel & PC usage.
📌 Soft Skills: -
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:
🕒 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (rotational shifts as per department needs).
