Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Arabic Speaker) to provide high-quality support to customers in the online fashion industry. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails while ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails while maintaining service quality standards.

• Ensure customer interactions meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role.

• Provide professional and polite customer service by listening attentively, clarifying requirements, and offering appropriate solutions.

• Identify customer issues and provide effective resolutions.

• Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Stay updated with changes in products, services, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills (oral & written).

• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.

• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and patient in all customer interactions.

• Strong computer navigation skills and attention to detail.

• Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week as per department requirements.

• Immediate joiners preferred (1-2 weeks upon offer agreement).
